3. Scope of the Service

E-BIZ provides a digital platform that enables consumers to discover stores, browse products, place orders, and make payments for pickup.

• The mobile app is intended for consumers only.

• Vendor registration, vendor dashboards, and vendor management features are available exclusively on the website.

E-BIZ is a technology provider and does not sell products directly.

4. Role of E-BIZ

All products and services available through E-BIZ are offered by independent vendors.

Each vendor acts as an independent business and is the legal seller of its products and services offered through the Service.

Each vendor is solely responsible for:

• product quality, pricing, and availability

• order preparation and fulfillment

• refunds, cancellations, and customer service related to their products

• compliance with all applicable accounting, invoicing, VAT, tax, and regulatory obligations

• issuing legally compliant invoices to customers upon request

E-BIZ facilitates communication, ordering, and payment between consumers and vendors but does not control vendor operations and does not act as merchant of record.

5. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

• all activity carried out under your account

E-BIZ may suspend or restrict accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

6. Ordering and Payment

Consumers may browse, order, and pay through the E-BIZ app or website.

Payments are processed via trusted third-party payment providers.
E-BIZ does not store full payment card details.

Order confirmation is provided once payment is completed. Order fulfillment is handled by the selected vendor.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies are determined by individual vendors.

If you wish to cancel an order or request a refund, this will be handled in accordance with the vendor’s applicable policies.

8. Vendor Subscriptions (Website Only)

Vendors may subscribe to paid plans on the E-BIZ website to access vendor-specific features.

Subscription terms, billing cycles, and cancellation options are displayed during the subscription process on the website.

Vendor subscriptions are not available through the mobile app.

9. Data and Privacy

E-BIZ processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We collect and use personal data only as necessary to operate the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and materials related to E-BIZ are owned by or licensed to E-BIZ.

You may not copy, modify, or reuse any part of the Service without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-BIZ is not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions between consumers and vendors.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
